I have some pretty bad study habits left over from doing a 15-contact-hour-a-week arts degree a long time ago, and have some pretty high-stakes exams looming on the horizon in about 14 months time.  I’m gearing up to get studying again, but before I do that, I’ve been reading a lot about learning, memory and attention, habit forming and changing, and factors influencing exam performance.  Most of it’s a bit too in-depth to share, but I found these two presentations that can apply to all of our lives.  Whose going to take the challenge with me?
